How it works: After you buy, Fumie emails you an e-gift card with a gift code (you can also print it). The receiver books the Japanese Baking Class on fumiescakes.com and enters the code at checkout for $500 off. Classes are Monday to Thursday, daytime; please book at least 2 weeks ahead. More people can join for $100 each. An $80 travel fee applies outside Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Bothell, Woodinville, Issaquah and Sammamish.
