Diabetic-friendly baking: This is a perfect class for anyone with diabetes, or anyone who has a family member with diabetes. Fumie will teach you how to bake an easy, simple diabetic-friendly cake at home.
Where: your home or office. For baking classes, the place needs a regular kitchen with an oven, a stove and a sink. The fondant class can be done at any table.
Travel: no travel fee in Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Bothell, Woodinville, Issaquah and Sammamish. Other cities within 30 miles: $80 travel fee. Farther than 30 miles? Please ask first.
When: Monday to Thursday, daytime, up to 3 hours.
Price: $100 per person, minimum 5 people. Groups of 11 or more, please email fumie@fumiescakes.com.
Good for: adults, kids 3 and up with a parent, birthday parties, friends, family and team events.
Included: all ingredients and tools, and you keep what you make.
How to book: Choose the number of people, your location and your class. In the text box, write your address and 2 or 3 dates that work for you. Please book at least 2 weeks ahead. Fumie will email you to confirm the date.
